Dr Carol Hlela has completed her PhD at the age of 38 years from the University of Oxford, UK and postdoctoral studies from the University of Cape Town. She is the head of unit of Dermatology, at the Red Cross Children’s Hospital, Cape Town. She has published more than 13 papers in reputed journals.
