Abstract

There are many questions and dilemmas regarding the treatment and consequences of the organism from infection with CMV, which is not deficient. It is said that many people are infected with CMV but some of them do not have any symptoms and some feel only fatigue, weakness, fever and occasional temperature. CMV infection does not spare age, gender and even the fetus in the womb; because it can be done through sexual and non-sexual contact. During research and treatment in my professional experience I have encountered many patients with high level of CMV in serum to various skin diseases like in: Urticaria recidivans, different types of Dermatitis, Condilloma, Verrucae, Mollusca, Herpes Zoster, M. Behcet, etc. In the time period March 2011-2016, 289 patients have been treated with various issues in which, 176 females (61%) and 113 males (39%). These patients in the research have been categorized according to present disease and divided into family groups, couples and individuals: Group I: Patients with similar family changes; Group II: Patients with changes as couples and; Group III: Patients with individual changes. Despite local treatment with personal magisterial preparations, these patients depending on the case and other multi-infections are treated according to the sensitivity and protocol and for the viral infections with antiviral (Acyclovir). We have encountered in more serious consequences (habitual abortions, primary and secondary infertility, consequences in heart, eye, lungs etc.). Therefore we should not underestimate the CMV infections even in IgG or in IgM. This problem should be alarmed and we must seriously deal with the research, consequences and treatment of viral infections, in this case CMV.
